Reservation

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please read the following information carefully:

Deposit and Payment

• A deposit of €20 is required to confirm your reservation.
• Payment can be made online directly when booking.

Before Your Appointment

Accompaniement

• You can be accompanied by only one person.
• Please note that we work in a private setting (a small house, not a salon) and cannot accommodate multiple people.

Accessories

• All necessary accessories (scissors, oil, glue, etc.) will be provided.
• There is no need to bring anything.

Hair Preparation

• Please come with your hair already braided.
• If this is not the case, a supplement of €10 will be applied to braid them on site.

Customizing your Wig

• If your wig was not purchased from us, it will need to be mailed to you at your expense for customization.
• We should receive the wig 2-3 days before your appointment date .

Punctuality

• We ask you to be punctual.
• A delay of 15 to 20 minutes maximum can be tolerated.
• Beyond this, your appointment will be cancelled and a new booking will be necessary.
