1. What types of wigs do you offer?
We offer ready-to-wear wigs, already customized and made from 100% virgin and raw hair (Raw Hair). They are easy to wear and available in multiple sizes, styles and colors to suit your needs.
2. What types of lace do you offer?
We offer two types of lace:
- Lace Closure : A small piece of lace that covers only the crown of the head, providing a natural parting. Perfect for a simple, easy-to-maintain style.
- Lace Frontal : A larger piece of lace (13x4) that covers the front of the head, allowing for varied hairstyles such as ponytails or multiple partings.
3. What types of tulle do you offer?
We offer two types of tulle:
- HD Lace : An ultra-fine, almost invisible tulle that offers a very natural finish and adapts perfectly to all skin tones.
- Transparent Lace : A slightly thicker tulle, ideal for fair skin tones or when dyed to match your skin tone.
Main difference : HD tulle is more discreet and natural, but also more fragile. Transparent tulle is a little more resistant, but may require customization for an optimal result.
4. Do you offer knot bleaching?
Yes, all of our ready-to-wear wigs include bleached knots for an even more natural effect. This helps to blur the hair attachment points on the lace, giving the appearance that the hair is growing directly from the scalp.
5. Are the wigs ready to wear?
Yes, all our wigs are ready to wear, already customized with bleached knots, lace cut and styled for a natural look. You can wear them immediately upon receipt.
6. How to choose between a lace frontal and a lace closure?
- Lace Closure : Ideal for simple, practical and easy-to-maintain styles. It offers a natural look with less effort, perfect for everyday use.
- Lace Frontal : Perfect for those who want more versatility in their hairstyles, such as ponytails, multiple parts or pulled back hairstyles. It allows for greater flexibility to change your style.
7. Do you deliver to your home?
Yes, we offer fast delivery in France and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible.
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the wig has not been worn, altered or damaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us at (your email address/customer service).
