Booking Information

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please read the following information carefully:

Deposit and Payment

• Payment can be made online directly during the booking process.

Before Your Appointment

Accompaniement

• You can be accompanied by only one person.

• Please note that we work in a private setting (a small house, not a salon), so we cannot accommodate multiple people.

Accessories

• All necessary accessories (scissors, oil, glue, etc.) will be provided.

• You don't need to bring anything.

Hair Preparation

• Please show up with your hair already braided.

• If not, a supplement of €10 will be applied to braid your hair on site.

Wig Customization

• If your wig was not purchased from us, it must be mailed to you at your expense for customization.

• We should receive the wig 2-3 days before your appointment.

Punctuality

• Please be on time.

• A delay of 15 to 20 minutes maximum will be tolerated.

• Beyond that, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to make a new one.

Cancelation

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• After this period, the deposit will not be refunded.

Additional Rules

Pets

• Pets are not allowed. We are allergic to dogs and other pets.
